Thank you, our signature print might look like a flower or a star, it really is our logo; a palm tree viewed from above, and we’ve adapted it to different color combinations. All our prints are exclusive to DRUPE LOS ANGELES.

We receive a large number of orders per day. There is a chance that the product you were looking at sold out during your purchasing process. We apologize for any disappointments.

We cannot send to PO Boxes, please ensure a street address is supplied. All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

Orders are shipped next business day and they usually arrive in 3-5 business days.

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

Yes, make sure your items are in the same conditions you received them, labels, stickers and tags are all in their place. Email us at customercare@drupe-la.com for an exchange approval and we’ll be happy to exchange sizes, colors or styles.

You can return any unused, unused or defective merchandise through any courier company of your choice. Be sure to email us at customercare@drupe-la.com for instructions on how to do this. We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Returns made within 14 days from the date of shipment of the order will be returned in the original form of payment. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date the order is shipped.

We will start working on your order right away; as soon as it ships you will receive an email with the order tracking information. It usually leaves our warehouse within 2-3 business days.

If your order is to be delivered in USA, Canada or European Union, DRUPE takes care of any extra duties or taxes. DRUPE does not have any control over customs and taxes raised/levied by any other counties. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
